How to order
1. After entering the size and quantity on the desired product page, click "Add to cart" or "Buy it now".
2. After confirming the purchased items, quantity, and amount on the purchase screen, please enter the required information in the "Contact" and "Delivery" fields.
3. Select your payment method from "Payment" and click "Pay now".
4. After completing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically, so please check it.

Returns and Exchanges
In case of defective product or delivery trouble
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After checking the situation, if we find that the product is defective or damaged during delivery, and if the following conditions are met, we will exchange or return the product.

・Unused and unwashed (only indoor try-on allowed)
- All tags and accessories are included (no damage) - Present the delivery note or receipt
・There are no significant unnatural changes to the product

We cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery. *Depending on the viewing environment of the device you use, the color of the actual product may appear different. Please note that this will not be treated as a defect.
